  I've used this seller a few times now, wood is always as seen in photos, free delivery and wood is actually wrapped, I find the timber is very good value for money but unless you have a large electric planer you'll need to keep your hand plane sharp

  On seller's page, it states "Any questions, don't hesitate to contact us. "Message sent asking for clarification of measurements before purchase. No reply. Chance taken & item purchased after few days of waiting. Delivery driver left item with a neighbour. No notice of delivery left. Took 3 days before my neighbour saw me. Item sent in plastic plastic envelope sheeting with no protection. Upon opening, item snapped in two. No reply from seller since. Really disappointed & poor customer service.
