  This is not true. We asked which part of the seat belt you were purchasing as there is a buckle and a retractor, you stated you needed both. I advised that is is not both just the belt and asked if you would cancel the order since it is not what you had intended.

  I bought a driver's sun visor for my Colorado... there was never a message from you. all i did was ask about shipment after 6 days of no communication. You rudely cancelled my order. Might want to get your house in order!
