  Item as received in the condition as listed, but did Not meet the most important criteria of the listing....a waterproof jacket. The waterproofing is non-existent. With buyer having to cover any refund shipping issue, this makes this transaction Non-viable as shipping costs would exceed cost of garment. First issue with any garment purchased thru ebay. Seller unwilling to take accountability and assume shipping costs.

  I sold a jacket that is waterproof. The company that makes the jacket says it's waterproof. This buyer got the jacket and messaged saying it's not waterproof. I showed proof it's waterproof from the company website. They say they want a partial refund on the jacket. I told them to return the jacket for a full refund they refused. They then say if I do not give them partial refund they will leave this feedback. I did everything right but because I did not let them scam me I get negative feedback.
