This seller has refunded my payment even though it was not really at fault and I said they didn t have to. The letter box on my old traditional door is a source of problems when items do not fit. The item (harmonica) is the third I have purchased from this seller and my granchildren love them. They are well made and have a lovely sound. (and not expensive). I strongly recommend this seller.
