  The seller sent me an empty envelope labeled as a tablet case instead of the protective cover for my Kindle, as shown in the photo. I have no idea how anyone could send an empty envelope—it’s an outrageous lack of attention. Although the seller refunded my money for the missing case, no one will give me back the time I spent waiting, going to the post office, and messaging the seller.
