    This seller cancelled my order and sent me an email to say a refund was being processed. They made it sound like I'd cancelled as first but then changed the reason to "item out of stock" I have been back on this sellers site and the item is still being advertised. I have had the refund but would have preferred the shears.

    Wow, what an awful experience with this seller! The table base had only been 50% welded making the table dangerous. Asked the seller to avoid the effort of a full return to just send a replacement part, but they refused. Raised a clear refund case which they acknowledged, then had to completely dismantle the table, repack it and carry the heavy package to the post office. Due to no response to return, had to get E-bay to refund. Now another parcel has been delivered!! Unhelpful and incompetent.
