    This seller cancelled my order and sent me an email to say a refund was being processed. They made it sound like I'd cancelled as first but then changed the reason to "item out of stock" I have been back on this sellers site and the item is still being advertised. I have had the refund but would have preferred the shears.

    The product does seem to have positive effect on cats in my neighborhood which makes me very happy, y only criticism wood be the packaging, The 2 boxes arrived in a plastic bag type thing, which did not support of the boxes inside, The boxes were all open and the product, luckily, were in individual plastic bags. I will order this product again as does seem to work, and take photos of the packaging.
