Received this item super quick, well packaged and as described, only negative was there was only 2x 60mm bolts supplied when in fact you need 4 to fit to a Caddy, that said customer service was excellent, contacted the seller and received 4x 60mm bolts the very next day. Rails are now fitted, very secure and stylish, all in all a great buy for the money (Ive also recommended these on social media) great communication and customer service, what more could you want?

Contacted seller to explain roof bars didnt fit my van as described and aft were spending hours trying to fit them and make sure i had done it correct i gave up as they clearly werent for my van. Contacted them and they have been so unhelpful and wont accept return with out packaging . Who keeps large boxes after they have been opened exspecillay at Christmas!! Would not recommend this company

Good Afternoon, we are sorry you feel this way however my colleagues did all they could by asking for pictures of the issues, the item and the label at the end of the box so that we could help fix the issue. However, sadly you refused to provide any of this information. When something doesn't fit or is sent incorrectly we will always send the correct replacements, however we do ask for pictures just to make sure the same problems don't happen again.
