After ordering I was messaged (6 times, identical message) to say they had only one in stock which was damaged, and as good seller didn’t want to send it. They told me to ask for a refund, which I could not do for an item not showing as dispatched. They should have cancelled the order and refunded. I had to contact EBay to intervene, and so I was then refunded. The item was still listed showing 3 available. Then they offered a 50% refund which was less than 50% of what I paid. I am still left with the wrong item and no refund.
