They said to send it back and they would send us a replacement as soon as they received it. We said we didn’t want to be without it for the time it would take to make that exchange. They then told us to buy another one, and when it arrived we could send the original one back for a complete refund. The replacement was perfect, and no shipping costs involved. Well done, guys!

The iPad arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The description was "very good condition." In reality, it was virtually mint. It was a nice touch that the OS was updated, had a screen protector on it, and included a packaged third-party cable/charger. iMazing rated battery health at 78%, which is what I expected for a 5-year-old device. Definitely recommend seller.
