  Received item, unfortunately the courier put the item in the wrong block of flats, so maybe might need to brush up on addresses, had issues with them previously, luckily I know where it is. Otherwise great seller, good value for money and great communication!

  The trolley I ordered for my mum was awaiting more stock so the company called to explain and I decided on a different trolley, but very similar. It arrived after just a couple of days. I haven't put it together yet but I know if there are any problems, I can call the company for help/advice. Excellent service, highly recommend.

  A black shopping trolley arrived quickly however I had ordered a grey shopper. The shopper arrived as flat pack, sadly without any assembly instructions. I wrote to the seller to advise of the issues regarding this transaction. I still await a response after 48 hours. Despite being the wrong colour , I have decided to keep the trolley, needs must. My neighbour has assembled it for me. I would not buy again from this seller.

  I did not respond at the time because you were happy to keep the one you received and a neighbour had assembled it for you. Had you wished to change the black bag for a grey one we would have done that quickly for you. With regard to assembly, there are on both sides of the trolley an arrow shaped black plastic piece, on the underneath of which there is a black button, both buttons should be pushed up and held up pushing down on the black plastic pieces and the frame opens up, no tools required
