  Shipping was slow but understandable since its coming from the UK. Product as described and well packaged. I loved the up to date email notifications of where my package was. I've been using this soap since 2012 to lighten by bad farmers tan from playing tennis and yes, it does work. Youre just not going to see results right away. It takes time. I highly recommend this soap. I will continue to use this soap. Thank you.
