  I received the battery very quickly however when I opened package and tried to unlock the battery the key didn’t fit the lock. I then checked the battery over and discovered that they had sent me the wrong battery ( I had ordered a two port battery and they sent me a 4) . The seller admitted they had made a mistake and quickly refunded my payment. I am disappointed that I didn’t receive the battery I ordered but I’m happy with the way the seller dealt with the issue. Thank you

  Absolutely first class service.....Bought an e-bike Battery which worked well, then died after 4 rides. Communication and service was great, they pinpointed the issue after a few messages and replaced the battery. I wish all stores were as good as e-bike shop sun! Talia sorted every thing out, again fantastic service - If I could I'd give them 10 stars I would!
