    Eine kurze Beurteilung. Lieferung, schneller als erwartet = 5 Sterne Verpackung, sehr aufwändig und gut = 5 Sterne Kommunikation, wegen Rücklieferung sehr gut = 5 Sterne (10 wäre gerechter!) Leider ist der Platz für eine ausführliche Beurteilung der außergewöhnlich guten Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer zu knapp bemessen. Der einzige Beweis meiner Zufriedenheit ist die spontane Bestellung eines 2. Fahrads Fafrees bei dem Verkäufer. Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank für Alles.

    To be honest, one of the best purchases I've done on eBay. The bikes came within 6 days, very well wrapped and protected. All complete, no assembly to be done. These were brand new bikes and good value. They looked good too! One of the throttles didn't work, got in touch and they knew exactly what was wrong. Sent out a new part with instructions. It is now working again. Fabulous people to deal with, nothing a problem and quick to rectify. Many thanks for a great purchase.

    Ich habe das Fahrrad in guter angemessener Zeit erhalten. Es war fachlich sehr gut verpackt und kam entsprechend in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand bei mir an. Nachdem ich die auch sehr Umwelt freundliche Verpackung entfernt hatte, war ich von dem Dreirad sofort begeistert. Der Zusammenbau ging sehr schnell und war aufgrund der beiliegenden Beschreibung leicht.
