    It's advertised as 100 foot garden hose, I only noticed the 25ft size after I had placed the order, I asked to cancel the order but was refused. I have been truly scammed, be careful when ordering hoses, this is the second hose I've ordered that didn't match the advert, you'd think Ebay would stop sellers false advertising, gonna have to pop down a shop to ensure I get a 100 ft hose

    Item as described and looks to be excellent quality. The packaging wasn’t really secure as the inner bag had come undone and some of the contents had spilled out into the outer bag. Luckily I opened the package with the open end up so managed to contain the spillage. It could have been a different story! More secure packing would have avoided the risk.

    Never received the draft excluder. They asked me to close down my eBay incident not received, so they could send another one, but I didn’t & doubt that they sent it in the first place. They refunded me as they knew I wouldn’t close down my eBay not received incident. Not happy with with seller
