    This eBay seller delivered exactly what was shown and explained in the description.  my mistake for not asking for measurements. Since it was nylon, I thought I could take it to the beach to hold a towel and bathing suit. It’s too small for that and the seller said it was small in the description. My mistake.     I just need to say that the seller is definitely one of the most Fair and conscientious sellers I've ever dealt with on eBay. As I first had ordered an item, and upon receiving it was not the correct item. However, dealing with the seller proved to be a very positive experience, as they had made me a better offer that I could not resist to receive the correct item and also refund the incorrect item as well, without my having to return it as I had opened it, making it more difficult for reselling
