The Packers Super Bowl XLV Zippo was absolutely perfect. The price was reasonable as well. The Zippo came as described, never fired, Brand-New condition! I prefer the engraving over print design.     received a tampered product, was understandably upset and left a negative review as i usually don’t enjoy interacting with customer service, but shortly after leaving the review i was contacted and a replacement was immediately arranged since the seller had no knowledge that the product was fake, very understanding and compassionate customer service. I recommend this seller!!

    This zippo was purchased from a collector it had the oranges safety sticker intact. Come to find out the lighter had been tampered with prior to us buying it from the collector as the insert had been swapped out for a star brand insert. We had no way of knowing this. We sent the buyer a new zippo insert and a free bonus. This was an unfortunate incident that we had no way of knowing as the orange safety sticker was intact Issue has been resoved with the buyer we always take care of our customers
