This was a very difficult item to find and I was so happy to make this purchase. The item arrived newly packaged in the manufacturers box. Unfortunately, a chip was found. Thankfully, the seller was wonderful to work with...easy to communicate with and accommodating. She sent another brand new replacement item (as she only had 2) which was perfect! This item was purchased as (two items) which is why I wanted them as I needed 2 lights for my hallway. After the shipping time, there was a notification that they "could not find" the second item. I was out of the country and was not aware of this as they were being shipped to my place of business. They sent ONE light NOT two. AND it was USED in a plastic bag boxed with burn out lights.
