Very disappointing Took 5 days to deliver refurbished product, defective on arrival, contacted seller took 15 emails over 4 days to get a return notice, finally I accepted a refund, great products but dreadful communication NEVER AGAIN ECOFLOW! Shame as I was going to buy a full Delta Pro kit for a new home and would have spent around £6k not now! Customer service is woeful!

Sorry for the customer services can't satisfy you. Your item will be returned to a third-party warehouse. When the problematic items accumulate to a certain amount, we will uniformly send them from the third-party warehouse to our repair center. That's why we can't agree you to go to the warehouse directly to exchange it. We are also sorry for the long delivery time by FedEx. We will try to bring a better shipping carrier later.

Very pleasant experience. I ordered the wrong model but communication and returning the unit for a refund was an absolute pleasure. Any initial delay in the purchase/delivery is most likely due to shipping new from China. Give them a few days/polite query - it WILL turn up. Be patient- it’s a really good product and service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
