They were not all unpacked straight away . One of the later one had a VERY stiff lock . After some effort the lock opened , but the tab snapped off the key in the process.. I worked the lock with the other key with the door opened and it became a lot easier . I contacted the supplier and they said get a new one and we will pay SUPER SERVICE IT WASNT CHEAP BUT NO QUIBBLES . TOP SELLER

The seller despatched it quickly but then it got into Evri's hopeless system. email said delivery date to be notified within 48 hours, which didn't happen. I tracked the parcel, still marked as being processed. Contacted the seller who offered to send out another but I was afraid the same would happen again so asked for a refund, which was arranged quickly. Delivery was not scheduled or attempted.

The listing clearly said "Shower Head and Hose Set," but I only received the hose and holder — no shower head included. The package was sealed, so it was clearly never packed. I contacted the seller on 26.04 right after receiving the item, but since then I’ve had no response. Poor communication and quality control.
