The product was packaged well and arrived much faster than I anticipated along with helpfull updates on the shipping process!! The press tool was used but in very good shape and very clean (works perfectly)!! This transaction was the smoothest purchases I have ever made on EBay and wish they all would go this smoothly!!     Seller double boxed and shipped next day priority.Unfortunately the card wasn’t recognized by my computer,after asking around was advised it may have been defective.Contacted seller and without delay he offered to let me ship it back and offered a full refund.I was a bit worried about that process for a big ticket item but seller made it painless-only thing I had to do was print the shipping lane and drop it off with fedex.Card arrived damaged but seller is top notch,would buy from again yes!
