Communication was also not the best but they did reply after a while. Ordered it Dec 20th didn't get it till Jan 10th. The part itself worked well and came with good instructions. Part was clean and looked brand new with all the proper tags on it. If I need another one and not In A hurry I would reorder from this seller again because of the price and quality of the part.

Before purchase responds within minutes but once paid won’t get a response. Description even states that they’ll literally delay your package if you ask about shipping. Shipping was slow and shipped later than it’s supposed to but all n all this is great work. My dash says “SAFE” hiding the miles at all times but beats getting stranded.Reply from: theecuconnection- Feedback replied to by seller theecuconnection.- Feedback replied to by seller theecuconnection.We have found if we respond to all shipping update requests it's normally not just an "oh ok, thanks" reply. It's "Why is this taking so long?", "Can you get it out any faster?" or "This is ridiculous!" responses. There's always a follow up question causing further delay. We've been feverishly working to improve ship time. Your unit is a little different because these units come as 06J907309 usually which makes them extremely difficult to ID. I'll message you about the SAFE on the dash issue.

The condition was refurbished but it looked brand new. Plugged it in and it works flawlessly. I got my vehicle back with no issues and its running great.
