I couldn't be happier with the work preformed. I was able to track the part. They called me as soon as possible for an update. I received the repaired part sooner than expected. The appearance and condition I received it in was more than I expected. It was packaged to protect the part. If I am ever in need of this type of repairs for another vehicle. Iwas surprised to see the lifetime warranty that was placed on their repair.

They kept my ECM for over 2 weeks, after i contacted them finally they called me back saying its NOT repairable with NO further info, well and i just received my item back after 3 weeks, with NO report or NOTE at least, in general its a waste of time and money, bad service and really bad communication. They didn’t even open the ECM to begin with, and to be honest i dont think they even touched it. Don’t use this service. Bad customer service.

HI, We called you with the information as to why your part was not repairable. There was also a note sent to you in the box with the part with that information as well. All parts are opened as the very first part of testing is a visual inspection of the circuit board. We do close the module back up before sending it back to you, which I guess is surprising to you. If you are going to leave negative feedback at least make it truthful and not made up nonsense.

I mailed my ECM on March 27 and I just received it back on April 22. I called about four times and you get almost the same answers. The technician hasn’looked at it, and they are short of technicians. I called one time and she said it’s on the bench now. I finally received my unit and it still doesn’t work. They give you a guarantee but do you think am going to shipped my unit back, absolutely no. I might not get it back. I just wasted $155 dollars and my unit was gone for almost a month.

HI, you sent your part in for an airbag light and to program vin into module. The ECM does not control the airbags and the VIN was already correct in the module. Your car doesn't work because you are misdiagnosing the issue. We had your part for 7 business days, we quoted you 7-10 business days before you even sent the part in. The rest of the time the part was in transit with shipping companies. We cant do anything about shipping times.

Sent my computer to them for my 95 jeep wrangler 4cly they called and told me what they found sent it back put it back on and if fixed all my problems that did great probably 2-3 weeks from I sent it till I got it back
