About us

We are a family run business with over 25 years experience in remanufacturing motor vehicle components.

ECU's can be divided into two groups: conventional ECU's and hybrid ECU's. We remanufacture conventional ECU's in our soldering department. We use original new components such as semiconductors, chips and sensors. Where possible, an alternative is chosen that functions even more reliably than OEM. With a hybrid ECU, the focus is mainly on renewing hybrid connections (bonds). The ceramic printed circuit boards on which these connections are attached, require very special equipment (ultrasonic bonding), that is able to carry out the renewal process fully automatically.

We use our unique SOLUTION-X testing platform to test ECU's. This system is able to completely simulate the functions that an ECU would be carrying out while working in the vehicle. SOLUTION-X uses the latest genuine vehicle manufacturers software. Communication with the latest bus networks

    Good quality working part with excellent policy of free return if part does not fix problem - particularly important with ABS controller fault which can be reported as "steering angle fault" with Vag-Com. Only issue was listing stated buyer pays for return but seller confirmed in message it was free. The problem then comes with eBay options for return reason. The closest honest answer is "ordered by mistake" which does not give a free return label. Customer services resolved with postage refund.
