Seller gave me a partial refund. I received one towel, when I expected four. Even the emailed courier notification of delivery, FOUR was the stated number of towels. It is very easy to misread the seller's listing, referring to 'packs' and not 'towels'. One towel is not a 'pack', two or more are. I wasn't over impressed with the quality of the one towel I got, but it was worth the money after I had £3.99 refunded. I found the seller obliging and respectful, hence my positive rating. 👍👍
