Our main passion is everything Pallet wood from Sourcing, stripping, supplying and fitting pallet wood for use within the home and retail setting .
We are an independent family run business Forming in August 2022 ,quickly gaining a reputation for service and quality.
Over the last 2 years we have developed some amazing trade relationships with some of the UKs largest and most experienced pallet dealers.

Having invested in the very best pallet dismantling machines available we have slim lined our recycling process enableing us to offer a cheaper and higher quality product than our competitors.

There was a small problem with the delivery provided chosen to the point they refused to they claimed they couldn't get to me but spite that small problem it came 5 days later and it was exactly good quality wood. My timber boards were delivered today which is a positive. They were well wrapped and the driver was a good guy, friendly and helpful. The delivery would have clashed if not for Andy coming when he did . DX have an app to rearrange delivery and although it accepted me asking to have the load on Thu 30 it still came on 29th. That is the only fly on the ointment.

There was a hiccup last week with my delivery, I emailed courier 3 times after they said they delivered it at 9.53 pm , no response. I emailed seller and his response was 5 star , he promised me a refund in shape of another delivery, I passed my delivery details on to him and he said he would pass on to Courier. I’ve received my delivery today which I’m very pleased with and would like to thank Industrial Wood Design for the excellent care and attention to sorting out my delivery
