I purchased a laptop charger for my gaming laptop. The charger isn't working for my gaming laptop. I spoke with the seller. They sent me out half a cord to try and fix it. Both cords are faulty and not charging my laptop. Now the seller is refusing to give me a refund even after I offered to ship back the cords. I am not happy! I want my money back! I will still send them back. But I want my money back if these cords are not going to work for my laptop
