    The candle, sold as new, arrived in a badlydanaged box and had been packaged only in a plastic postage bag. No extra box or bubble wrao. The candle was a gift but I couldn't give it because of the damaged box. The seller stated the danage was done during delivery so not her fault and I needed to claim damages from Royal Mail. I asked for another candle to be sent as I felt her packaging was not good enough , but she declined, so was a partial refund. The postage Was £5! So Disappointing
