  Item ordered after long delay and much confusion. Due to delay and refund was issued by Ebay, a week later, item arrived. Item is in new condition as listed in description. My son loves his new watch band as the original apple band was very constricting. Ordered price was very reasonable. Would recommend the use of a tracking number to help with communication and better customer support.

  These watch bands were great and so was the seller. I received a wrong color and when I asked for a return slip they said not to worry about it. They sent the correct color and told me to keep the other one. Great customer service! I would definitely buy from them again.

  The watchband I ordered arrived one day late. No problem. However, the springs that attach the watchband to the watch were not in the package. The listing says: Package Included: 1* Milanese Loop watch band (Watch Not Included) 1 pair of quick release spring pins. I notified the seller that I didn't receive the pair of quick release spring pins but the seller has not responded. I would avoid this seller unless they correct this mistake. My experience is that mislead and have poor service.

  * DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER * Sent wrong color / nowhere close to what's pictured on ebay auction site. Shows BRIGHT yellow sent darker / orangebrown mustard color. Purchased 20mm sent 18mm, terrible attitude, poor communication, no refund. Had to get ebay involved all over a $8 item. Major waste of time. See photo's that show item i got vs for sale vs what I was replacing. Check sellers feedback, ebay should not allow people with so much negative feedback to sell on their site. !!!
