    Ebay was excellent in terms of support and delivery. Sadly I had tried a version of this product and decided it was not for me. Too many issues re identifying and triggering the various items recorded. I only really wanted walking distance and steps counter plus time so blood pressure and heart rate were way out of my reference zone. I therefore cancelled the order. EBay were great at communication and refunding cost. I paid a fair bit to return the package as it needed tracking but my fault .
