  I ordered the item in the hope that I would get what the seller advertised. However, I recieved a hearing aid with no Hearglow brand most importantly no X3 type digital amplifier. I have to admit I was disappointed and contacted the seller. Explained the issue and he was very sympathetic and apologetic. That suggested the problem was a luck knowledge about the product by the seller. Once we established that he was very cooperative to resolve the issue. And promptly sent back my money.

  Seller was prompt and item arrived as described. Only small thing is that the original box in which it came was labeled from manufacture as refurbished, and item was sold as new. Doesn't make any difference with my satifcation but item wasn't quite as described (New).
