The delivery time was spot on. But the colours in the product were not. And if I wanted a refund I would have to pay £1.95 for postage. Which I thought was unfair.

Reference wrist hand brace support. The support was used by my wife, and it failed whilst on holiday it pulled apart, and she was unable to use it. This happened whilst we were away on holiday. It started to pull away from the beginning of January 2024, and she was unable to use it.
