    The sofa is okay. The buyer's experience was awful. We were sent a tracked letter by Royal Mail which then showed the item had been delivered, so we couldn't tell eBay the item had not arrived. We started a return process but had nothing to return. We were promised a delivery on Friday. Then it was cancelled. We were contacted on WhatsApp by someone claiming to be eBay but was in fact the seller. The sofa finally arrived at 11.00 PM (not AM) and we were charged an extra £20 to come to 1st floor
