    after a complete fiasco due to Yodel's useless delivery service even though I had several other packages delivered by other couriers and Royal Mail Yodel TWICE declared they were unable to deliver this package even when their van was seen on our road at the time they said delivery could not be completed. Full marks to the seller for rectifying the situation could not praise the seller highly enough.

    The first part of this order was received very quickly but the second did not turn up. On contacting ehomebasics, they put this right immediately. Mistakes sometimes happen but it is how you then deal with them that matters and this company was excellent
