Draught excluder of poor quality came vacuum packed & all screwed up. Ordered 9mm x 9mm but received wrong size., contacted seller for replacement but they wouldn’t replace but offered a £1 refund…I repeatedly asked for the correct item but was declined with another offer of £1.50… disgraceful service all I wanted was the correct item, had to get eBay involved to get full refund…purchased correct item from Amazon and the quality was far far better than this
