    Royal Mail put the parcel somewhere in the corner of their North West Midlands MC and forgot about it. The vendor immediately issued a refund when I asked if he could follow it up. Good service.

    The stainless exhaust tube is as described and seems to be good. It does have a couple of small dents, but these will be OK, and I expect that these were only caused by the courier failing to find the delivery address for four days in a row, before I changed the delivery to be to another address. So, equipment good, delivery not so good.
