    I gotta say I was a bit scared to order as I didn’t think it was a real item. But the sellers assurance and communication as well as the pictures sold me. The seller was great. Shipping took a while but once it shipped it was here in just a few days. The items are the real deal with all the packaging and paperwork and bags. I cannot be more happier.     This is an amazing seller that is a great and prompt communicator. The bag came as described and packed wonderfully. I was surprised coming from Japan how quick I received the bag. The seller keeps you updated as to when the bag is going to ship I don’t think I have had this wonderful of a customer service experience shopping at high end stores.     The bag arrived in perfect condition! It was very securely packaged and arrived with a coach dust bag, the original tags, care instructions and coach paper bag, as well as the authenticity card.     First time buying from this seller and I'm very satisfied. Seller communicated very well and keeps you updated. It was packaged very well and bag arrived in very good condition . It included all the other staff like dust bag, paper bag,certificate and metal parts are fully covered to avoid scratches. The price is reasonable as well. Shipping did take a while but the wait is defenitely worth it as the bag isn't released here in North America. Overall I highly recommend buying from seller.
