    Item got lost in transit by DPD but a message to Einhell quickly sorted the problem out. When it arrived the Item was well packaged and in good condition. It appears good value for money having a three year warranty on the machine and a ten year warranty on the motor. I would highly recommend.

    Overall experience 3/10 due to item condition- damaged and in need or replacement parts. Arrived as a bundle of loose parts rattling around in a damaged box. Seller paid price for replacement parts, refund also offered- but what I would have preferred was item as described - grade A refurbished ‘like new’ . Just being offered a refund to return the item wasn’t good enough. I think it was very poor form to be sent item in such condition, description was misleading.

    Not happy with the first one that arrived was missing parts and box looked like someone had been in it already had great communication with seller and was able get a replacement sent out it has arrived very quickly and I’m so happy with it and will more likely be ordering from the seller again I highly recommend this seller
