    Received at 12:10 package handed to me by driver at first I didn’t realise the packaging had been opened. I checked the contents the main item was in an open plastic bag. The accessories was still in a sealed box inside not tampered with. This came to me Via DPD, after this, I would never knowingly use them. The main item appears as it should undamaged. item description I have given one star as an till I use it a little later in the day I don’t know whether it could be unserviceable.

    Item "delivered" and as described. Actually, "delivered" means that it was left on my doorstep with no prior notification! I checked the carrier website this AM and although the item was at my local hub, no delivery was cheduled. Then it was delivered, 30 minutes later. Given that you do not wrap your items and they are of some value, I don't think this lack of tracking/notification is acceptable.
