    Stecker Pfandteil war beim Einpacken und Versand intakt. Verkäufer hat 40 Euro von Kaution behalten, da der Stecker der Pumpe abgebrochen angekommen sein soll. Pfandteil wurde gepolstert verschickt. Defekt unwahrscheinlich. In Beschreibung zur Pfandteil Rückgabe wird explizit auf gebrochene Stecker hingewiesen, die dann dann Kaution mindern. Schon auffällig. Käufer darauf angeschrieben. Bleibt bei Minderung.

    Es tut uns leid, dass unterwegs das Ventil kaputt gegangen ist. Natürlich warnen wir Sie in Vorfeld, weil das Ventil aus Kunststoff ist und die häufigsten Transportschäden abgebrochene Stecker sind. Sie hätten den Schaden bei DHL reklamieren können. Dass das Teil vorher nicht defekt war? Ganau so ist auch die Definition eines Transportschadens. Vorher nicht kaputt, aber nach dem Transport schon. Das Teil kostet 100 EUR. Wir beräuen es bereits, dass wir auf Kulanz das Altteil akzeptiert haben.
