When I had a problem ordering the correct colour,the seller was very helpful , friendly and very quick to respond to me.She amended the order so I received the two Cherry 13 lipsticks. They arrived as promised, well packaged and on time. They were unused and as described. One box was slightly torn but as it was for me that was no problem. The other is a gift for my sister, as she loves this colour too. Would not hesitate to buy from this seller again .
