    As always, a 5 star experience all round. Really beautiful pendant and chain - looks unworn and excellent value. Even better than listing showed. Securely packaged and arrived safely and on time. Communication was fast and excellent and seller combined p/p as 3 items were purchased at the same time. Other ebay sellers could learn a lesson here !

    It was as good as hoped for. The packaging was excellent. The response from the seller to questions was very helpful. The only issue was the post office who wouldn't deliver the parcel as it didn't have the flat number. They didn't leave a leaflet saying they'd tried to deliver yet all the details, bar the flat number, were on the parcel. Come on post office !

    Item as described arrived in a contrived but secure package. I paid £4.50 postage. The seller paid £2.80. This is really disappointing . The "delivery charge" should not be adjustable by the seller whatever the reason.

    I don’t know where you got the £2.80 from but I can assure you I paid much than that.The tracked 48 for small parcel(especially the medal that weighted well over 100 grams) service by Royal Mail was £4.05.I had to add extra material (box,bubble wrap,etc) to ensure it reached you safely and not scratched and destroyed.So for all of that,my time wrapping and fuel to post office I don’t think it’s a huge amount (0.45p).Glad you like it though!Many thanks!😊
