    Everything was ok until our NEW post person decided to deliver my item to someone else’s address. Not the error of the seller, but the tracking info given gave no information of with whom or where my item was, which meant I wasn’t able to mark the ‘Item Not Received’ and I had no way of proving the item hadn’t been delivered to the correct address. Maybe the seller will think about tracking details more on future customer orders. Otherwise as described though contact was minimal.

    Ordered the trousers for my son for work, even though marked as dispatched, Royal Mail never received the parcel in their system. After two weeks I opened a case with eBay and then got a message from the seller telling me as a 'good will gesture' they would post me the trousers I bought and paid for. I'd avoid this seller unless your desperate and like to take a risk. Leaving neutral feedback only because they did eventually send a pair of trousers.
