  My item was lost in transit, seller was helpful and checked to see where item was, they notified me item was lost. They then gave me the option of resending another item or a refund. I took refund. I will use seller again in the future unfortunately I needed the item more urgently so I went to retailer to get one personally, or I would have asked for a replacement to be sent. Thanks.
