They sent me a motherboard with no specific device info like serial number for one then sent me instructions on how to get the device info that only applies to large businesses not thegeneral public and refused to help me in any way. Also they wouldnt let me return it.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, but please note that as a parts seller, our responsibility is limited to selling parts. Installation or after-sale services (branding) are the buyer’s responsibility. We shared a detailed video guide and recommended to seek help from a local repair shop. Your request goes against eBay's guidelines, and we cannot accept a return for a fully functional motherboard outside our 30‐day return period. We appreciate your understanding.

Sent me a defective keyboard. Asked if they can send just replacement keyboard instead of whole piece. seller refuses and says his brand item doesnt have any defect lol

We sent you a brand new/unused keyboard/palmrest without defects. Also, just to educate you, the keynoard comes together with the palmrest. You can't separate the keyboard from the palmrest on this model.
