  Ordered a pair of shoes and got an email the next day that they weren't in stock. Because they were for a teenager, accepted half a size bigger which eventually arrived 2 days late via Royal Mail. Tracking information was also lacking. Very lacklustre performance. Know what stock you've got and consider which delivery supplier you choose
