    Original battery arrived broken. Replaced very promptly once photos sent and explained. Communication very delayed between sending and receiving a reply, possibly due to time difference to China. Importantly the packaging on original and replacement was the same and is simply inadequate. The battery is only sitting in a shaped plastic base with no top. The space between the battery and the outer carton such that it simply rattles about in the box. Lucky second one not broken! Neville Matthews
