    The item came with the packaging damaged badly, I assume because of rough handling in shipping. Trying to return the Seller, CTech was abusive and non cooperative, even stating if the item, not Opened, was returned they would not refund and charge me for return mailing. The seller used a lot of derogatory words to describe me whom they do not know. Do Not Purchase from them.

    I ordered Shaw Direct LNB Quad Output 60E and received something completely different (see image). I understand mistakes happen but it's been 4 days since I contacted seller and haven't heard anything back. Ordered for a senior citizen, their TV is still not working, will try to solution elsewhere. Hopefully Ebay will help make it right. Would recommend you do not purchase from this seller
