  The item I ordered arrived a day earlier than expected, It was well packaged in it's original box, in a very good condition with no marks that I can see so I was very pleased with it. Unfortunately the remote didn't work but i contacted the seller who sent out a replacement and it's all working now. Excellent service.

  Electrical_bargain have gone above and beyond with this purchase! My package arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I mentioned, through 'contact the vendor' that my package didn't include any soundbar or speaker brackets and that I was disappointed that they weren't supplied. Electrical_bargain explained that not all packages contain brackets but they would send me some if I needed them. Three days later brand new brackets delivered without charge. I highly recommend this vendor.

  Delivered earlier than expected, i made the mistake of not adding the discount code, so messaged right away about this,(this was a sunday too) i got a reply within 10 minutes! Order was cancelled so i could reorder with the discount code, really helpful, and getting my heaphones earlier too was a boost,i ordered unopened sony heaphones for my daughter, who loves them,they are like new at a great price, highly recommend!
