Fridge freezer was delivered damaged on door and side Took pics and phoned supplier Was promised a swap Several phone calls and emails to supplier and distribution centre over more than two weeks and nothing was done! Asked e bay to step in who gave them 5 days to resolve and still nothing eBay sorted a refund Dreadful communication ..no customer care ..no interest in resolving issue .Will not be ordering anything from them again!
